As of April 1, 2013, all affiliate payments will be made by PayPal, so we require your PayPal email address.


In order to complete the signup process, you will need to provide us with a telephone number at which our automated sign up system can reach you within the next few moments.

Please note: The number must be a valid direct dial number. This means the number you provide must not connect to any type of answering service, voicemail system or require an extension to be dialed. The number that you provide, when dialed, must connect directly to you for retrieval of your activation code.
